The black truffle note is surprisingly subtle and doesn’t fight the jalapeño at all, and that lime zing cuts through beautifully on tacos. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in a week just drizzling it over eggs and rice bowls.
I was skeptical about truffle in a hot sauce, but the lime really brightens it up and keeps the jalapeño heat from feeling heavy. Drizzled it over tacos last night and the whole bottle is already half gone.
The umami from the truffle hits first, then the jalapeño heat creeps in right behind it—the lime keeps it bright enough that I caught myself drizzling it over rice bowls and even roasted veggies. It’s become my go-to for anything that needs a quick kick.
