The truffle flavor is subtle but it definitely elevates the heat, and that agave nectar gives it a nice sweetness I didn’t expect. I’ve been putting it on eggs and pizza all week, and the bottle is already half gone.

The heat builds nicely after a few seconds, and the agave nectar keeps it from being harsh. I wish the truffle came through just a bit more, but it's a solid everyday sauce for eggs and pizza.
