Bought the 6-pack for gifting and ended up keeping two for myself. The winter truffle comes through clean and earthy without any of that harsh aftertaste some cheaper oils have. Drizzled it over scrambled eggs last Sunday and the whole kitchen smelled incredible for hours.
The finish is what got me—that real black winter truffle comes through bold but never greasy, probably thanks to the neutral olive oil base. I’ve been drizzling it over pasta and eggs all week, and six bottles means I don’t have to ration it.
