Vit tryffelolja kommer att lyfta din mat till nya nivåer av lyx. Jämfört med svart tryffelolja är vit tryffelolja mindre mörk och jordig, vilket innebär att den passar bra med lättare, mer delikata rätter.
6 x 5,6 oz flaskor. Frakt ingår i priset.
The bottles arrived well-packed and intact, which is always a relief with oil orders. I’ve been finishing salads and grilled fish with a light drizzle, and the subtle, less earthy profile really lets the other ingredients shine.
Drizzled just a few drops over a simple pasta dish and it tasted like something from a fancy restaurant. The six-pack means I can be generous with it, and that lighter, refined aroma really shines without overpowering the food.
The lighter, less earthy profile is exactly what I wanted for finishing salads and pasta. A few drops transform a simple dish into something that feels seriously upscale, and having six bottles means I can use it generously without rationing.
