The vinegar tang hits first, then that rich truffle note slides in smooth from the olive oil. I’ve been putting it on roasted veggies and it’s the perfect balance of heat and fancy flavor.
The truffle flavor really does come through alongside the vinegar tang, and it’s surprisingly smooth on wings. I just wish the bottle were a bit bigger for the price, since I’m already halfway through after two game nights.
