TRUFF Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce is a unique blend that combines the exotic umami of black winter truffles with the fiery warmth of green jalapeño peppers, and the refreshing zing of lime.

The black truffle flavor is surprisingly forward, which makes this way more interesting than your average jalapeño sauce. I've been dousing tacos and eggs with it all week and the lime keeps it from being too heavy. Six bottles means I can actually stock my office drawer without running out.
The lime comes through bright right after the jalapeño heat builds, and the truffle gives it a savory depth I didn't expect from a hot sauce. I've been dousing tacos and eggs with it all week, and the 6-pack means I can keep one at work without running out.
The umami from the truffle hits first and then the jalapeño warmth follows, with that lime cutting through at the end—it’s a seriously balanced sauce. I put it on tacos and eggs this week and the 6-pack is already half gone.
