The mix gives you plenty of bottles to play with, and the hotter sauce has a serious kick without losing the truffle flavor. I've already gone through two of the white bottles, which is saying something since I usually hoard hot sauce.

I've been using the black truffle oil on pasta all week and a little goes a long way, definitely worth the stock-up. The hotter sauce has real heat but doesn't drown out the truffle flavor, which is exactly what I hoped for. This 28-bottle stash should keep my kitchen interesting for months.
