The bottles arrived well-packed and intact, which is always a relief with oil orders. I’ve been finishing salads and grilled fish with a light drizzle, and the subtle, less earthy profile really lets the other ingredients shine.
Drizzled just a few drops over a simple pasta dish and it tasted like something from a fancy restaurant. The six-pack means I can be generous with it, and that lighter, refined aroma really shines without overpowering the food.
The lighter, less earthy profile is exactly what I wanted for finishing salads and pasta. A few drops transform a simple dish into something that feels seriously upscale, and having six bottles means I can use it generously without rationing.
