The white truffle comes through right away but it's the agave nectar that balances it so you get heat and that deep umami without it being harsh. I've been putting it on eggs and roasted veggies all week and the six-pack means I don't have to ration it.
I bought the six-pack to have backups, and the agave nectar sweetness is what makes it stand out—it balances the chili heat without masking the truffle undertones. Drizzle it over eggs and you'll understand the hype.
The white truffle flavor comes through loud and clear without masking the chili heat, and the agave adds just enough sweetness to round it out. I've been drizzling it over roasted veggies and even eggs, and it's quickly become the bottle I reach for most.
