I swapped this into my scrambled eggs this morning and the earthy truffle punch made them taste like something from a fancy brunch spot. It’s definitely a heavier salt, so a little goes a long way, but the versatility claim holds up—I’ve already used it on steak and popcorn.
The black truffle aroma really comes through the moment the salt hits the pan, and it’s been a game-changer for my morning eggs. I’m already halfway through the first jar, so having six units means I won’t run out anytime soon.
I’ve been swapping it in for regular salt on roasted veggies and even eggs, and the earthy truffle kick comes through without being overpowering. Having six units means I don’t have to ration it, which is great since I’m reaching for it more than I expected.
