The black truffle aroma really comes through the moment the salt hits the pan, and it’s been a game-changer for my morning eggs. I’m already halfway through the first jar, so having six units means I won’t run out anytime soon.
I’ve been swapping it in for regular salt on roasted veggies and even eggs, and the earthy truffle kick comes through without being overpowering. Having six units means I don’t have to ration it, which is great since I’m reaching for it more than I expected.
