I’ve already gone through one bottle just testing it on plain spaghetti and the truffle depth really comes through without overpowering the tomato. The 18oz size is generous too, so six of them should keep my pasta nights covered for a while.
The 12 bottles arrived well-packed and the truffle kick comes through without overpowering the tomato, which is exactly what I hoped for. We've used it on pasta and as a pizza base, and the balanced richness makes it feel fancier than the price we paid.
Twelve 18-ounce bottles is a serious haul, but the sauce is so rich and balanced that we've already gone through two jars in a week. The truffle flavor comes through without overpowering the tomatoes, which is exactly what I wanted for a quick weeknight pasta.
