Postavili jsme aromatický černý zimní lanýž do středu pozornosti s naším lanýžovým olejem.
Drizzled this over a simple pasta dish and it tasted like something from a restaurant. The truffle flavor comes through loud and clear without being greasy, and you only need a tiny bit to make a whole meal feel fancy.
The scent alone is worth it—one whiff and my kitchen felt like a trattoria. A small drizzle over scrambled eggs gave them that earthy, luxurious depth without being overpowering, and the flavor lingered just right.
That first whiff hit me hard — it smells like an actual truffle, not that artificial stuff. I used it as a finishing drizzle on scrambled eggs and the black winter truffle flavor came through rich and earthy without being overpowering. The olive oil base is smooth, and a tiny bit goes a long way.
